The chalet we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, complete with a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking their own meals. The living room with a fireplace was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The host, Knut Maristuen, was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even providing us with delicious meals when local dining options were closed.The location of Maristuen is ideal for nature lovers, with hiking and skiing opportunities just a stone's throw away. The serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it a great place to relax and recharge. The nearby old King's road adds a touch of history to the area, offering a glimpse into the past of this beautiful mountain region. The free WiFi and modern amenities in the chalet made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.Maristuen Fjellferie was a delightful place to stay, offering a blend of comfort, natural beauty, and warm hospitality.
